life. Here's some tips to get you started or give you some ideas:

One life hack that I use is when I’m doing my homework I make sure that my phone isn’t in the same room as me. If it is in the same room as me I would keep on checking it over and over again. Another one that when I’m doing my homework I make sure that someone else is in the room while I’m doing it so that they could hold me accountable.
ReplyDeleteOne hack that I use to cut my screen time is relative to when I am doing my homework. When I am doing my homework I try to make sure my phone is plugged in across the room away from me on silent. That way I won’t even be tempted to look at the notifications that pop up on my screen and be able to separate myself from the distraction of my phone. Sometimes, not that it is my choice, my mom takes my phone to help me focus. I do appreciate her doing it at times when I could really use the extra push to make me stop procrastinating and do my homework.
